Cape Cod Senior Softball League

Thank you in advance for participating in the Cape Cod Senior Softball Classic.  As a prerequisite, all players must register and sign a E-Waiver of Liability prior to the start of our tournament.  Please enter requested data, read and electronically sign the form below to fulfill this requirement.

NOTE: THIS IS NOT A SIGN-UP FORM.  YOUR TEAM MUST BE REGISTERED AND YOU HAVE BEEN INVITED TO PLAY BEFORE YOU CAN REGISTER AS A PLAYER.  CONTACT YOUR MANAGER IF YOUR TEAM IS NOT IN THE SYSTEM.

NOTE:  IF YOU ARE PLAYING ON MORE THAN ONE TEAM, YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS PROCESS FOR EACH TEAM YOU ARE ON.
